About Response Hearing
Response Hearing Ltd is located in Northeast England with a large spread of centres stretching into Yorkshire. Response is owned and operated by Gavin Smith, who Is a HCPC registered hearing aid audiologist with over 17 years of experience.
Having spent over 6 years as a company director, for the biggest provider of hearing aids on the UK high street, Gavin became increasingly disillusioned with the volume driven process employed by the bigger retailers.
Response is a customer focused local company where each customers needs are assessed individually and thoroughly. The emphasis is on quality not volume, and a tailored bespoke solution ensures the best possible outcome for our clients. All risk for the customer is removed by our FREE TRIAL system.
